Meet Alex Rodino

I served close to ten years as an officer in the U.S. Army before a medical retirement closed that chapter. The Army is what first brought me to Coastal Georgia, and it is what keeps me here. Savannah was always the place that stayed on my mind, so when it was time to build something new, I built it here.

That discipline also led me to write Mindfully Intelligent Leadership, a book on leading with clarity under pressure.

I got into real estate because of my own moves. When I bought my first home, my agent treated it like a transaction instead of a decision that would shape the next decade of my life. When I PCS'd to Savannah, the next agent rushed me. I knew people deserved better than that, so I spent the last year and a half of my service learning this business so I could change that standard.

Here is the lesson I bring to every client: I could have bought a home in my first year or two as a young officer. If I had, I would likely own three units today instead of two. Whether it is a VA benefit, a first-time-buyer program, or simply good timing, the right purchase is an opportunity, not just paperwork. My job is to help you use it on purpose.

Today I lead the Alexander Rodino Collective, my team at Keller Williams Realty Coastal Area Partners. The ARC Platform is our website. I work with first-time buyers, families moving up, sellers, and investors, not just military clients, though my background makes a PCS move a specialty. Real estate is how I keep serving: calm, options first, no pressure, and straight answers, even when the straight answer is to wait.
